At Fayrouz Tile and Stone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't perfectly match your space, you can return unused, full-carton merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Ensure all tiles are in their original packaging and securely palletized or boxed to prevent breakage during transit, as damaged items cannot be refunded.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided RMA label to your shipment and send it back to our designated distribution center via a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned materials for quality and quantity, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
