The special metallic glaze of these tiles is particularly acid-sensitive therefore we recommend before grouting to apply a sealer on the tiles and to wait 1 or 2 days for setting up the possible crackle effect.

We do NOT recommend the installation of these tiles in saunas or in any areas where water is expected to accumulate. As a general rule, before and after grouting, never use abrasive sponge, scrubbers, blades or sharp object that could scratch the surface of the tiles. Anti-limescale products should not be used for ordinary maintenance.
